When we spoke with T. Boone Pickens in October 2010, he was lobbying Congress to enact a plan to convert the nation's over-the-road trucks to natural gas and thereby lessen the nation's dependence on foreign oil. Prices were around $4.00 mmbtu then. The March 2012 contract settled at $2.425 and still no action.
